1. if delivery goods were damaged or received incorrect goods, within 7 days after receipt the goods, you may apply for exchange/refund request.
2. if the exchange/returns were caused by customer’s own changed mind, shipping fee will be charged.
Exchange/return matters need attention
1. for all merchandise, if there were damaged or loss of barcode or information tag; or sings of used, washed,
scratched or soiled, the exchange/returns will be not available.
2. There will be a bit difference between real goods and the one you see on the various screens and browsers, and this will not be considered as
reason of exchange/returns
3. The examples for incapable exchange/returns process according to the features of merchandise
- the dark color Jean could be bleached, but it is not quality problem, so the exchange/return is not available.
- knit material could became fluffy or stretched after wash, but it is not quality problem, so the exchange/return is not available.
- there will be little differences on the size and color of the hand made goods, in this case the exchange/return is not available.
4. If returned goods was different from image on the returning request, exchange/return is not available, also customer will be charged for
the shipping fee.
5. The exchange/returning request must be completed in 2 days after received the goods(within 48 hours of receiving the goods).
6. after 3 days of the exchange/returning request completion (within 72hours after completion of exchange/returning request), if the package
has not been shipped, the request will be invalid.
7. Shipping fee of exchange/returning is prepaid, also we cannot receive the returning shipments which were shipped via different delivery company.
